We will provide information and tools that will help you understand what causes High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Cancer and what small steps you can take to control and improve your ability to GET AND STAY HEALTHY! Join us on February 9th at the Elizabeth Public Library Main Branch at 10:30 AM to get your PASSPORT, share ideas and get started! Quarterly events are scheduled to share successes and problem solve challenges. At each event you can receive a tool that will help you on your journey. Through out the year – workshops and events are planned for you to learn and get a STAMP on your Passport to Health. The more stamps you get the healthier your road will be.
