The regular meeting is primarily to give information and to vote. During a regular meeting we go through each area of the agenda reading the items that are informational; for example Proclamations, Committee/Board Reports and even Correspondence. Separately there are items we need to vote on; for example to accept minutes from a prior meeting, resolutions discussed during the Caucus meetings and any emergency items that may have been added to the agenda after the Caucus meeting but prior to the voting meeting.
