People run to better a time, people run to be first, people run for fun, people fun for exercise, people run to encourage their kids, people walk – whatever the reason is that you exercise, sign up for the annual PAL Cop Trot and along with the satisfaction of completing the race, you will also receive a finisher medal and maybe a winner medal in your age category too!
The event is Saturday October 13th and we hope to see you there! This years race is in memory of John Cataldo, a long time PAL supporter.
