“Amore: Classical and Contemporary Songs of Love”

The Synergismus Duo will get you in the mood for Valentine’s Day with classical and contemporary music about love. The concert will cover 400 years of music, including Renaissance love songs, classical opera arias, tangos, and Broadway love songs.
Synergismus is the premier violin-cello duo of Northern New Jersey. Its members, Millie and Randy Calistri-Yeh, live in Florham Park and have been playing together for over 30 years in New York and New Jersey. They are well known locally for their annual summer concerts.
Millie Calistri-Yeh is first violinist in the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (NJ). She was previously first violinist in the Penfield Symphony Orchestra (NY) and assistant concertmaster of the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (NY). She studied violin at the Eastman School of Music under Stanley Chepaitis and Oliver Steiner.
Randy Calistri-Yeh is principal cellist with the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (NJ). He was previously principal cellist of the Penfield Symphony Orchestra (NY) and the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (NY). He is the founder of Custom Chamber Music, which provides custom arrangements of classical music.
